We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from minors.
All account registrations, communications, and trial bookings must be executed by a parent or legal guardian.
Information collected from parents: Parent name, email address, phone number, country of residence, child’s name, and child’s age.
2. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Morphy Chess Academy operates globally but is headquartered in India. All data collected through this website is transferred to and hosted on secure servers located in India. By submitting your information or utilizing our services, you explicitly consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your data in India.
3. Payment Processing
We do not process, capture, or store credit card numbers or financial routing data on our servers. All billing and transactions are routed through secure, compliant third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Wise, or authorized direct bank transfers).
4. Third-Party Sharing and Infrastructure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the platforms required to execute our coaching services:
- Zoom: Utilized for live class delivery. Classes are strictly live and are not recorded.
- Lichess: Utilized for interactive chess gameplay and positional tracking.
- Payment Processors: Utilized strictly for invoice settlement.

We deploy cookies and web tracking technologies to analyze site traffic and optimize our marketing.

Parents retain the right to review, update, or request the complete deletion of their family’s personal information at any time. To exercise this right, contact our administration team.
